1914 Sunderland Place NW John M. Fedders has a global practice in securities law enforcement and litigation, as well as in commodities law enforcement and litigation. He also has a wide-ranging practice in corporate law and finance law. Mr. Fedders represents investors, brokers, accountants, lawyers, corporations and corporate executives. Mr. Fedders has practiced law since 1966. He first practiced on Wall Street with the law firm of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. In the early 1970s, he was a senior corporate executive in Dallas, Texas of a NYSE company, Gulf Life Holding Company. He was then a partner in a Washington, D.C.law firm, Arnold & Porter. From 1981-1985, Mr. Fedders served as Director of the Division of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Next, he was a partner in the Washington, D.C. firm of Miller, Cassidy, Larroca & Lewin. Since 1987, he has practiced securities, commodities, corporate, and finance law at his own firm.
